A fantastic location
In the centre of Pickering but in a discreet and quiet position, we are very close to a supermarket and only 100 yards from Pickering’s wonderful selection of shops, cafes, pubs and more.
Low, great value charges
We charge £5 for a short stay during the day for a rest or while you grab some lunch. An overnight stay is only £12, which compares very favourably with other similar sites in the area.
Water and sluice room
Fill up your water tanks or empty grey and waste water in our sluice room, which is conveniently attached to our main building.
Dogs welcome
We’re more than happy for you to bring along your four-legged friend. Why not enjoy a walk around Pickering’s parks or the stunning countryside of the North York Moors?

Mains water is available and we have a sluice room for waste water disposal. We do not provide electric hook-ups or toilet and shower facilities. Dogs are welcome.
